jlwin prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal variance, or colluding with other players to extract bonus value. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings and may result in account suspension.

All content on the jlwin platform, including but not limited to the jlwin name, logo, game graphics, text, software, and user interface designs, is the intellectual property of jlwin or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any jlwin content without prior written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlwin and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to:
jlwin's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the date of the claim.

jlwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms involving fraud, prohibited conduct, or AML violations, jlwin may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation and applicable legal process. Where an account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons not attributable to player breach, remaining balances will be returned to the player's verified payment account after deducting any applicable fees.
You may close your jlwin account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be honoured prior to account closure.
jlwin collects and processes personal data in accordance with the jlwin Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the jlwin Service, you agree to first contact jlwin support to attempt good-faith resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to such alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as may be required by PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.
jlwin reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered account holders via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may close your account in accordance with clause 11.3.
